Sarah Brett, originally from Abington, Pennsylvania, received her BFA in 2016 from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, she studied Ceramics and the practice of Art Therapy. Since then, she has taught multiple workshops and classes to various populations in and around Philadelphia’s surrounding suburbs. Brett currently lives in Collegeville, Pennsylvania where she continues to develop and build her studio practice in her basement studio. Brett is an auto body shop co-owner during the day and artist by night. She received a Master’s in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph’s University in hopes to one day combine her passion for art with the science of criminal behaviors to provide an alternative therapy to a population in need.
